JIMMY LEE

Chief Executive Officer

Jimmy serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Mission Create.  He is also the Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Goodcity.  Jimmy comes to Mission Create with vast experience in the government and nonprofit industries both locally and globally. In 2009, he was named one of Crain’s 40 Under 40 following his bid for the United States Congress in the 11th Congressional District of Illinois. Jimmy was the former Executive Director of the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, the former Special Assistant to the Governor of the State of Illinois, and also the former Executive Director of the Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce. He helped start Create Possible, Resource Global, the Global Executive Leadership Forum, US Asia Business Council, the National Center for Community Development, and serves on the board of directors for 1MISSION, Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce, Renew Chicago, and Resource Global. He is married to Sarah and they have three daughters.

JASON SCHNEIDER LAW

Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

Right out of college, Jason fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a professional firefighter. During this time he also started Trinity Landscape, which became one of the fastest growing landscape companies in Arizona. Trinity later merged with Sun State Landscape Management where Jason currently serves as partner.

In 2008, at the age of 25, Jason left his career as a firefighter and started 1MISSION, a community development organization giving people in poverty the opportunity to earn a house by serving their community.

In 2012 Jason co-founded Mission Create, where he currently leads the overall mission and vision.

He is a sought after speaker on important subjects such as poverty alleviation, social innovation, nonprofits, and entrepreneurship. He currently serves on the board of The Global CHE Network, representing 500+ agencies in 112 countries serving the physical and spiritual needs of people.

KENDRA CHAO

Chief Operating Officer

Kendra’s professional experiences have ranged from serving as Executive Director of an organization serving the elderly and immigrants, to being the author of Read Them and Eat Books, to most recently, a role as VP of Operations at an IT company. Her educational background includes the National Urban Fellows program, wherein she received her Master’s of Public Administration. Her favorite pastime is traveling. Kendra’s wanderlust spirit has brought her to work and live in major cities such as New York City, Chicago, San Diego, and (currently) San Francisco.

INACENT SAUNDERS

Program Director

Inacent Saunders is a nonprofit practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She specializes in coaching nonprofit leaders and facilitating strategy development for organizations, with a special emphasis on grassroots initiatives.

Inacent’s devotion to the third sector goes beyond her professional experience. In her personal time, she volunteers as a board member of two nonprofits based in her hometown of Brooklyn, NY, and is the founder of a young adult ministry. Inacent holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from Fordham University. She relocated to Phoenix in the fall of 2018.

EDRIC GALLEGOS

Finance Director

Edric is originally from Sonora, Mexico. He dominated his education, graduating with a degree in industrial engineering, a minor in finance, and an MBA from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Monterrey, Mexico. He’s held finance positions in both public and private sectors. All of this amazing experience makes him the perfect fit as Finance Director. In his free time, he enjoys travel and art like a true classy gentleman.

KATIE JENSEN

Executive Administrator

Although born and raised in Phoenix, Katie graduated college in Kansas and came to us from L.A., where she orchestrated events in a group home facility for pregnant and parenting teens. A super planner since birth, she’s the logistical genius behind all of our major events. When she’s not on the phone or checking out venues, you’ll find her running, hiking, or doing something crafty. Fun fact: Katie LOVES exclamation points!!!

KARLIE MCGRATH

Affiliate Success Manager

After Karlie graduated high school, she jumped right in to the world of nonprofits and missions. Since then, she has held positions at multiple organizations both in the mission field and in Stateside offices. Most recently, she spent time serving underdeveloped Muslim villages in Southeast Asia. When Karlie isn’t making spreadsheets or sending emails, you can find her searching Phoenix for the best chai tea latte.

EDWIN LEE

Bookkeeper

Edwin graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BS in Accountancy and later obtained his CPA. He’s held a number of prestigious roles including working for companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange to London Stock Exchange, to running a private, high-wealth family’s business venture. Most recently, he has helped run his family-owned business restaurants located in Chicago’s Chinatown, Navy Pier, and Midway Airport. A longtime resident of the Windy City, Edwin enjoys traveling and volunteering in his spare time.

NOAH WOLFE

Originally from San Diego California, Noah currently resides in Phoenix AZ where his professional career has developed. His investments within the Valley have allowed him to sit on a variety of advisory boards as well as serve on the National Leadership Council in the District of Columbia. In addition to his professional experience within the Valley, Noah serves in the role of student body president at Grand Canyon University.
